Slithering, Slimy, Soft, Cute & Cuddly. These are just some of the terms used to describe our animal friends.
Ewwww! Gross! Wow! Aww! And these are some of the words exclaimed by our program participants.
Our programs are hands-on, fun and educational, appropriate for children of all ages. No traveling required, we bring the animals to you!
Using a variety of reptiles, amphibians, mammals and insects, we discuss similarities and differences between species, habitats, locomotion, diet, survival techniques, adaptations and more. Programs are tailored to the specific ages and abilities of the children, and children (parents too!) are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level.
Forbirthday celebrations, the animals are brought to your home or other location. Programs are low-key and manipulatives are available for special needs groups. Optimal group size does not exceed 15 children. Program length is 45-60 minutes.
For school groups, up to 4 consecutive programs can be accommodated in one visit.
Our company was established in 2004 and has been providing outstanding live animal programs ever since. We are available for birthday celebrations, school groups, scout programs, senior centers, fairs and festivals. Our regular customers particularly value our ability to present our programs in a fun, age appropriate way.
If your group has special needs, please notify us when making your reservation.
Please provide us with as much information as possible: what type of program (birthday, school, etc), age(s) of children, the date and time you are requesting. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
Upon scheduling a program with Nadine's Animal Friends, you will receive a confirmation/invoice. A $100 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Please keep in mind that weekends fill up quickly, so try to allow at least 6 weeks notice.
Thank you so much for your interest in our programs - we look forward to making your next event an animal enriched experience!
